The National Broadband Network (NBN) rollout
The current plan is to roll out NBN region-by-region to 93% of Australian premises (with the remaining 7% being connected via fixed wireless and satellite technologies.

When can I get the nbn and how do I get connected?
Contact us and we can check when the nbn™ will rollout in your area. If the nbn™ network is available at your address, we can help you install and set this up for you.

If the nbn™ network is not currently available at your address, you can register with us and we’ll be in touch when you’re able to connect to the nbn™ network.

How will the nbn™ benefit me?
The nbn™ is being rolled out throughout the nation to provide all Australians access to broadband services. It presents opportunity in education, business, entertainment, health care and sociability giving everyone the potential to be more productive, more creative, more efficient and more connected for decades to come.

Do I need to switch to the nbn™ network?
If you live in an area where nbn™ fibre is available, your existing phone lines, ADSL internet, Telstra/Optus cable internet will be disconnected (and you will be notified by direct mail when the new network is ready). You will also be advised the date on which the old network will be switched off.
Moving to the nbn™ network is not automatic. To keep using fixed line phone and internet, you will need to move those services to the nbn™ network before the advised date.
Can I keep my phone number if I switch to the nbn™ network?
Yes. “Number porting” rules will not change with the introduction of the nbn™ network.
You can confirm this with the ATS Team and we will ensure you will keep your phone number when you transfer your service over to the nbn™ network.
