Maintenance

All systems supplied and installed by ATS are covered  by a comprehensive maintenance programme as part of the initial purchase price.  For a new system the programme runs for 12 months from the date of installation, and for a  refurbished system for 6 months.

 New systems are provided with a 12 months manufacturers warranty on all parts (excluding any acts of god or wilful damage beyond the control of ATS or the manufacturer). Insurance claim reports for fusion or other damage will be specified by our licensed technicians if required.

ATS provides maintenance coverage for all of the following:

• Any on site labour costs to repair faulty or malfunctioning hardware
• All cabling related to the operation for the telephone system from the system distribution frame to each extension point.
• Telstra liaison to rectify external faults unassociated with the telephone system.

If a technician is needed on-site, please call our Service department on 1300 138 287.

The fault is then entered into our records at our Service Centre and a technician allocated to the job.

Response times are as follows - Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm)

• Minor faults - within 8 working hours
• Major faults - within 2 working hours (subject to traffic conditions and locations)

Once fixed by the technician the fault is cleared by ATS and archived to retain a service history of your system.

Please note that remote programming is available where specified and may require extra hardware (including modem)
