Installation and Training
Installation of the proposed telephony system has been included in our pricing and we will endeavour to meet any time frame that you require. (New lines, or removal of lines, have an approximate Telstra lead time of 10 business days and 20 days for ordering of ISDN.)
Our lead time for installation is normally 5 working days from receipt of your official authorisation and deposit. However, installation times can be adjusted and rearranged schedules can be applied to a mutual satisfaction.
We recommend that a dedicated 10 amp power point is made available for the system.
Installation is conducted and carried out by ATS Technical Support Team, all of whom are Austel licensed and experienced in client requirements.

Note: The above cabling and installation does not cover or include building block cabling, conduits or concrete and building walls penetrations unless specified.
Existing cabling: This quotation allows for reconnection of existing extension points and does not allow for relocation of extension points or labour and parts costs for the laying of new extension points unless itemised in the quotation.
